Every one of our webinar-and-workbook modules includes the most fundamental industry concepts, presented in a thorough real-world way that will help your workforce to better understand our business. Each module consists of a 50-minute webinar and corresponding workbook. Webinars are free to MSCA/MCAA members.

Each workbook costs $10 ($30 for non-members). The entire ten-workbook set can be ordered at a cost of $75 ($225 for non-members). Upon completion of the entire webinar series, and submission of a brief quiz after each program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
