Mechanical Service Contractors of America’s HVAC 101 curriculum
gives non-trade personnel a better understanding of HVACR terms, basic
systems and the visual tools they need in successful day-to-day
interactions with customers and coworkers.
We
went to the experts for this focused set of resources that lets you
help every member of your staff to get on the same team. Taught by
Professor Woody Woodall, Chairman of the MSCA Education Committee, this
course is an engaging and informative necessity for success in a
competitive economy.
Every
one of our webinar-and-workbook modules includes the most fundamental
industry concepts, presented in a thorough real-world way that will
help your workforce to better understand our business. Each module
consists of a 50-minute webinar and corresponding workbook. Webinars
are free to MSCA/MCAA members.
Each
workbook costs $10 ($30 for non-members). The entire ten-workbook set
can be ordered at a cost of $75 ($225 for non-members).Upon completion of the entire webinar series, and submission
of a brief quiz after each program, participants will receive a
certificate of completion.
